Depuis le début de notre campagne de financement, nous avons reçu plusieurs commentaires sur la fin de partie. L’équipe de Jackbro n’a qu’un objectif et c’est de faire le meilleur jeu possible pour tous! Nous allons travailler sur cet aspect qui contrarie certains de nos backers. Vous devez savoir qu’il y a 24 cartes du bout du monde, dont 8 portes du Valhalla, soit une chance sur trois de gagner. De plus, en fin de partie, généralement, les joueurs possèdent plusieurs Drakkars, ce qui augmente les chances de gagner. Nous avons fait beaucoup de tests avec plusieurs personnes différentes afin de recueillir le plus de commentaires possible sur l’ensemble du jeu. En général, nos testeurs aimaient beaucoup l’idée d’avoir encore une chance de gagner malgré qu’un autre joueur ait terminé ses objectifs en premier. Is the end of the game too random?
Since the beginning of our fundraising campaign, we have received several comments on the end of the game. The Jackbro team has only one objective and it is to make the best game possible for all! We will work on this aspect which thwarts some of our backers. You should know that there are 24 cards from the end of the world, including 8 gates of the Valhalla, or one chance in three to win. In addition, at the end of the game, usually, players have several Drakkars, which increases the chances of winning. We did a lot of testing with several different people to get as much feedback as possible on the whole game. Est-ce qu’il y aura une version solo ?
Nous n’avions pas envisagé cette option et nous trouvons l’idée très bonne. Cependant, nous devons revoir plusieurs éléments, peut-être ajouter des composantes, refaire les règles, refaire des tests, etc. Nous avons vérifié quelques options et nous avons fait quelques tests. Nous ne sommes pas satisfaits du résultat. Il nous faudra plus de temps pour finaliser les règles et pour les faire tester par des testeurs. Will there be a solo version?
We had not considered this option and we found the idea very good. However, we need to review several elements, perhaps adding components, redoing rules, repeating tests, and so on. We checked a few options and we did some tests. We are not satisfied with the result. We will need more time to finalize the rules and have them tested by testers. Quand allons-nous recevoir le jeu ?
Il y a toujours un peu d’incertitude puisque nous attendons d’être ‘’funded’’ avant de commencer la production avec le manufacturier. Nous avons choisi Panda game pour produire notre jeu. C’est une compagnie de renom, ainsi, nous réduisons le risque de mauvaise surprise au minimum. Nous sommes très confiants que vous receviez votre jeu au plus tard en novembre.

There is always a bit of uncertainty as we expect to be ‘’ funded ‘’ before starting production with the manufacturer. We chose Panda game to produce our game. It is a reputable company, so we reduce the risk of a nasty surprise to a minimum. We are very confident that you will receive your game by November.

Oui! Nous avons réduit le prix au plus bas possible avec l’achat de groupe. Le manufacturier emballe les jeux en boite de 6. Yes! We have reduced the price as low as possible with the purchase of group. The manufacturer packs 6 games per box. In order to keep handling costs to a minimum, we ask that your orders be multiples of 6 (12, 18, etc). For those who wish to order more than 6 games, we will charge you only once the shipping costs. To do this, increase your investment in the group pledge. For example, for 12 games please enter $ 500. We will adjust the amount after the campaign with backer kit. You can add copies to the unit. L’équipe de Jackbro voulait un jeu d’excellente qualité dès le départ. Pour ce faire nous avons utilisé de haut standard pour notre matériel. Voici quelques données : - 2mm high density cardboard avec linen et matte varnish finish (centre, tuiles, tokens, carte du joueur) - 2mm high density cardboard with linen, matte varnish finish and lamination (box) - 300gsm greycore grade professionnel pour l’ensemble des cartes. - Laser cut pour les drakkars et toutes les pieces de bois seront vernis. Par exemple, Catan utilise 1,5 mm pour son plateau et 1 mm pour sa boîte. Nous utilisons Catan parce que tout le monde connaît ce merveilleux jeu! Donc, voila pourquoi nous n’avons pas de Stretchgoal de ce genre! Why there is no stretchgoal to increase the quality of components?
The Jackbro team wanted a game of excellent quality from the start. To do this, we used high standard for our component. Here are some data: - 2mm high density cardboard with linen and matte varnish finish (center, tiles, tokens, player clan cards) - 2mm high density cardboard with linen, matte varnish finish and lamination (box) - 300gsm greycore professional grade finish for all cards. - Laser cut design for longships and all wooden components will be varnish. For example, Catan uses 1.5 mm for its tray and 1mm for its box. We use Catan because everyone knows this wonderful game! So, that’s why we do not have a Stretchgoal of this kind! What is BackerKit?
BackerKit is a service that crowdfunded project creators use to keep track of hundreds to tens of thousands of backers—from shipping details, pledge levels, preferences and quantities, whether they have paid or had their card declined, special notes, and everything in between!

After the campaign ends, the project creator will send you an email with a unique link to your survey. You can check out a walkthrough of the process here.
I never received my invitation. How do I complete the survey?
The most common reasons for not receiving a survey email is that you may be checking an email inbox different from the email address you used to sign up with Kickstarter, Indiegogo or Tilt Pro account, or it may be caught in your spam filter.
Confirm that the email address you are searching matches the email address tied to your Kickstarter, Indiegogo, or Tilt Pro account. If that doesn’t work, then try checking your spam, junk or promotions folders. You can also search for "backerkit” in your inbox.
To resend the survey to yourself, visit the project page and input the email address associated with your Kickstarter, Indiegogo or Tilt Pro account.
How do I update my shipping address?
BackerKit allows you to update your shipping address until the shipping addresses are locked by the project creator. To update your address, go back to your BackerKit survey by inputting your email here.
When will my order be shipped, charged or locked?
That is handled directly by the project creator. BackerKit functions independently of the project itself, so we do not have control of their physical shipping timeline. If you want to check on the project’s status, we recommend reading over the project's updates page.
I completed the survey, but haven't received my rewards yet. When will they arrive?
As BackerKit does not actually handle any rewards or shipping, the best way to stay updated on the shipping timeline would be to check out the project's updates page.
